His reform of the organization of grain began in 2001. Speaking with integrators to create a joint production involving the cultivation and processing of agricultural products. To go this route forced the difficult economic situation - not systematic payments for delivered fodder production.

In the long process of reorganization of OJSC "Agrokombinat "Skidelsky" United in one technological chain of agricultural production, industrial processing, and the implementation of production and became a major agro-industrial company.



The main activities of the enterprise are:

· crop production;

· harvesting and storing grain, oilseed rape;

· production of animal feed products;

· production of flour and cereal products;

· processing of oilseed rape;

· manufacture of crude oils and fats;

· the cultivation of agricultural animals and poultry;

· production of milk, pork, beef and poultry meat;

· processing of pork and poultry;

· sales of our products through wholesale and retail trade.



By results of work for 12 months 2015, an open joint stock company "Agrokombinat "Skidelsky" the implementation of measures and tasks of the socio-economic development has been formed as follows:



- industrial output in current prices to the amount of 2 760 560 million rubles, the growth rate is 108,8%;



- the growth rate of commodity products, calculated according to the volume index, was 100.6%;



in real terms for January-December 2015 manufactured products:







- feed - 240,8 thousand tons (94,5%, from the same period of 2014);

- flour - 46,3 thousand tons (of 103.9%);

- cereals - 5786 tons (85,6%);

- rapeseed oil - 7303 t (102,2%);

- poultry meat, including offal - 35527 tons (105,9%);

- pork - 9027 tons (103,8%);

- semi-finished products from poultry and pork - 3453 tons (96.6 percent);

- sausages - 4600 tons (90,2%)





exports shipped products worth 12.8 million USD, which accounted for 72.4% from the same period of 2014.



- import of obtained raw materials, equipment, spare parts for 15 137 thousand dollars. The U.S., which amounted to 132,1% from the 2014 level thereafter;



- the foreign trade balance amounted to minus 2382 thousand dollars. USA;



- the ratio of exports of goods and industrial production was 7.2% when the job of 8.0%;



- stocks of finished goods amounted to 11.0% of average monthly output in the ratio of 25.0%;



- energy saving - minus 3.8 per cent;



the share of local fuels and secondary energy resources in balance of boiler and furnace fuel was 3.8%;



- to attract investment in fixed capital by 153 229 million rubles, the growth rate taking into account the factor of 63.2%.

For January-December 2015:



- proceeds from sales - 2 509 253 million rubles, the growth rate is 94.3%;



- cost of sales amounted to 2 020 690 million rubles, the growth rate is 97.1 per cent;



- profit from sales obtained 249 368 million rubles, the growth rate - 75,9%;



- return on sales of 9.9%, including in industry of 11.0%.



- the labor productivity of 1 working, based on sales, amounted to 475.6 million rubles, the growth rate is 97.9% of;



- average number of employees - 5277 people (for December 5139 people) that 32 persons above 12 months of 2014;



- average salary - 5606,5 RUB thousand, growth rate - 101,1%.



- the ratio of productivity growth in revenue from sales (in comparable terms) and wages are 0.97, including December 2015 and 1.05.







Agricultural production:



For January-December 2015 structural subdivisions of JSC "Agrokombinat "Skidelsky" produced a gross output of agriculture 1 662 903 million rubles, the growth rate is 99.9 %;



The total number of farm animals and poultry on January 1, 2016, is as follows:



- birds - 2601,1 thousand head (growth rate of 103.9 percent);



- pigs - 123,9 thousand head (growth rate of 104.3%);



- cattle 30,5 thousand head (growth rate 108,2), including cows 7974 goals (growth of 101.3%).



In-kind received:



- the gross weight gain of poultry - 49 380 tons, growth - 106,9%;



- gross gain of pigs - 21 345 tons, the growth rate - 96,9%;



- the gross weight gain of cattle - 5 153 tons, growth rate: 96,9%;



- gross milk yield - 48 643 tons, the growth rate - 105,0%;



- gross production of eggs - 35 314 thousand, the growth rate - USD 115.9%;
